Abstract

The problem of fighting corruption is one of the pressing problems facing modern legal science. The purpose of the discipline "fundamentals of anti – corruption" is to familiarize students with the nature, causes and conditions of corruption behavior, with the legal framework of anti-corruption, the main types of corruption offenses, as well as the main corruption risks. This textbook is written in accordance with the working program of the discipline the course "Fundamentals of combating corruption", readable in ANO the Institute of jurisprudence and management of the WPA. This tutorial is intended for students studying disciplines related to anti-corruption and for all those who are interested in anti-corruption issues
