The workshop presents the topics of the seminar sessions, gives questions for their study, defines the necessary regulatory framework and basic terms, and most importantly, offers a set of tasks and tasks of varying levels of complexity, the implementation of which has theoretical and practical significance. Each topic is accompanied by questions for discussion, which can become a subject for discussion, for scientific research, and can allow students to form their own reasoned opinion on problematic issues. The manual is intended both for students and teachers, and for everyone who is interested in constitutional law and strives for a deeper mastery of theoretical material.
