Abstract

Constitutional law is the foundation of the domestic legal system. It determines the main parameters and directions of development of Russian law. The workshop on constitutional law is aimed not only at facilitating the formation of basic ideas about the fundamental values of the state and social system of Russia, about the constitutional and legal status of man and citizen, about the system of public authorities in the Russian Federation, but also to allow immersion in the learning environment, independently identify problems of understanding constitutional provisions, determine the features of their application. The workshop presents the topics of the seminar sessions, gives questions for their study, defines the necessary regulatory framework and basic terms, and most importantly, offers a set of tasks and tasks of varying levels of complexity, the implementation of which has theoretical and practical significance. Each topic is accompanied by questions for discussion, which can become a subject for discussion, for scientific research, and can allow students to form their own reasoned opinion on problematic issues. The manual is intended both for students and teachers, and for everyone who is interested in constitutional law and strives for a deeper mastery of theoretical material.
