Farklı Su Stresi Düzeylerinde Yer Tabanlı Spektral Ölçümler ile Tatlı Mısırın Verim Tahmini

Abstract

Uzaktan algılama, su stresinin ve buna bağlı olarak değişen bitki özelliklerinin belirlenmesinde kullanılan önemli araçlardan biridir. Bu çalışmada, el spektroradyometresi ile yaprak düzeyinde yapılan yansıma ölçümlerinden yararlanarak su stresine bağlı olarak değişen mısır (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.) veriminin tahmin edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, Çanakkale’de, 2007 ve 2008 yıllarında altı sulama konusundan (%100, %80, %60, %40, %20 ve susuz) oluşan bir tarla denemesi yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada her sulamadan önce yansıma değerleri ölçülmüş ve bu ölçümlerden oniki spektral indeks hesaplanmıştır. Mısırın her bir büyüme dönemi için spektral indeksler ile hasatta elde edilen koçan verimleri arasında tek değişkenli ve çok değişkenli regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, verim ile spektral indeksler arasında istatistiksel olarak önemli modeller elde edilmiştir. Tek değişkenli regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre, söz konusu ilişkiler vejetatif dönemden sonra daha da güçlenmiştir. Çok değişkenli doğrusal regresyon analizine göre; en yüksek belirtme katsayıları (R2) vejetatif, çiçeklenme ve tane dolumu-hasat dönemlerine göre sırasıyla 2007 yılında 0.945, 0.905, 0.938 ve 2008 yılında 0.703, 0.946, 0.914 olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışmanın sonucu olarak uzaktan algılama ile yaprak düzeyinde belirlenen spektral indekslerden yararlanarak tatlı mısırın koçan veriminin yüksek doğrulukla belirlenebileceği söylenebilir.
