In this paper, the authors study the existence of periodic solutions to neutral differential equations. It is proved that for convex neutral functional-differential equations of \(D\)-operator type with finite (or infinite) delay and hyperneutral functional-differential equations with finite delay the problem of the existence of periodic solutions is equivalent to the existence of bounded solutions.
