Abstract

Este artigo resulta da pesquisa realizada com uma equipe de jogadores de basquetebol em cadeira de rodas da Associação Portuguesa de Deficientes – APD – Delegação Distrital de Braga, em Portugal, que investigou o design ideal de vestuário para desportistas cadeirantes. O estudo apresenta a importância da utilização da antropometria e ergonomia no design e modelagem do vestuário para pessoas com necessidades especiais motoras.
