The use of new technologies and their applications is an undeniable reality that can act as an adjunct to the teaching work, enriching students��� experiences and knowledge while cultivating their socio-emotional skills. This postgraduate thesis aims to create and present an online distance learning course on Moodle web platform of educational applications and its theoretical documentation through modern theories and second/foreign language teaching models. The course concerns teaching Greek as a second/foreign language to an intercultural adult class and its design corresponds a three-week face-to-face teaching with defined teaching objectives and implementation of specific teaching practices. The course���s digital content includes interaction by activities and resources used in a collaborative learning context in asynchronous and synchronous distance education.
