Abstract

Notion fondamentale en sémiotique, abstraite donc polyvalente, convoquée par les différences et leurs tensions, par la sémiosis, notion également fondamentale de l’art et des arts qui tentent de la repousser, la « limite » sera ici figurative et conceptuelle, une forme spatio-temporelle, distendue ou concentrée, floue et mobile, tour à tour catégorielle et identitaire, contour et de contraste, énonciative et éthique – et elle nous invitera à interroger l’autonomie de l’art, les statuts actantiels de ses acteurs, la valeur de ses pratiques et des distinctions anthropologiques.
