Folgende neue und interessante, in Deutschland auf Zierpflanzen gesammelte Arten Echter Mehltaupilze (Erysiphales) werden beschrieben, illustriert und diskutiert: Erysiphe betae (Vaňha) Weltzien (Haupt- und Nebenfruchtform) auf Celosia sp., Microsphaera syringae-japonicae U. Braun (Haupt- und Nebenfruchtform) auf Syringa vulgaris L., Oidium calanchoeae Lüstner ex U. Braun auf Kalanchoë sp., Oidium carpini Foitzig auf Carpinus betulus L., Oidium forsythiae Bunkina (= Sphaerotheca pannosa (Wallr.: Fr.) Lév.) auf Forsythia sp., Oidium longipes Nordeloos & Loerak. auf Petunia x hybrida Hort. ex Vilm. und Solanum melongena L.,Oidium passiflorae Politis auf Passiflora sp., O. sp. (= ? Erysiphe begoniae R.-Y. Zheng & G.-Q. Chen) auf Begonia sp., Podosphaera clandestina (Wallr.: Fr.) Lév. auf Spiraea x bumalda Burv. und Sphaerotheca spiraeae Sawada auf Spiraea thunbergii Sieb.

The following new and interesting powdery mildew fungi (Erysiphales), collected in Germany an ornamental plants, are described, illustrated, and discussed: Erysiphe betae (Vaňha) Weltzien (anamorph and teleomorph) on Celosia sp., Microsphaera syringae-japonicae U. Braun (anamorph and teleomorph) on Syringa vulgaris L., Oidium calanchoeae Lüstner ex U. Braun on Kalanchoë sp., Oidium carpini Foitzig on Carpinus betulus L., Oidium forsythiae Bunkina (= Sphaerotheca pannosa (Wallr.: Fr.)
