Abstract This paper explains how to manage a mobile network within a physical space to achieve specific objectives of the user and their environment. The mobile networks enrich the user experience, improve the management of environmental resources and increase user interaction with their environment. Intelligent environments have various definitions depending on the context in which they are treated. From the mobile networks point of view, the intelligent environments are spaces plenty of embedded systems to create interactive spaces for its users and to enhance the activity of ordinary people. Within an intelligent environment must be considered communication between intelligent autonomous systems, intelligent personal devices, management information systems, mobile devices, etc.
