Abstract

Las Conductas Alimentarias de Riesgo, son manifestaciones similares en forma, pero menores en frecuencia e intensidad a los Trastornos de la Conducta Alimentaria (TCA). El DSM-IV-TR y la Clasificación Estadística Internacional de enfermedades y problemas con la Salud, reconocen como trastornos alimenticios a la anorexia, bulimia, el atracón y especifican sobre otros. El objetivo del estudio es Identificar la frecuencia de conductas alimentarias de riesgo asociadas a los trastornos que marca la DSM-IV-TR, en una muestra no probabilística de 191 alumnos, 60% mujeres y 40% hombres entre 18 y 28 años, de la Facultad de Nutrición región Xalapa de la Universidad Veracruzana.
