A study of the concentration of several heavy metals found (cadmium, copper, lead, zinc, nickel) in two types of seafood: salmon and mussels. The study was made using atomic absortion spectrophotometry and we compare the results of the analyses with the current safe legal limits for these seafood.
Estudi de la concentració de diversos metalls pensants (cadmi, coure, plom, zinc i níquel) en dos aliments d'origen marí (salmó i musclos) mitjançant la tècnica d'espectrofotometria d'absorció atòmica i fem una comparació dels resultats amb els límits establerts en la normativa vigent.
