Oportunidades e Desafios no Cenário de (Pós-)Pandemia para Transformar a Educação Mediada por Tecnologias

Abstract

Sem aulas presenciais, a pandemia do SARS-CoV-2 impôs, para a continuidade dos processos de ensino- aprendizagem, o uso das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC) na forma de um conjunto de ferramentas, via internet. De forma emergencial, professores e estudantes foram instados a utilizar computadores e celulares, por meio de plataformas virtuais, para experiências de aprendizagem. A esperada transformação da Educação, do modelo massivo transmissivo para uma aprendizagem ativa, com o suporte das tecnologias finalmente poderia tornar-se uma realidade. Contudo, vulnerabilidades existentes mas subreptícias e ignoradas foram reveladas e evidenciadas. Destaca-se o fato de que muitas pessoas não têm acesso a computador, nem à internet com velocidade e volume de acesso suficientes. Muitos professores não possuem conhecimento pedagógico adequado para uso dessas ferramentas nas suas práticas educativas. Mesmo assim, muitas experiências de uso de TIC na Educação têm ocorrido nesse cenário de pandemia na forma de ensino remoto emergencial. Planejamentos para um pós- pandemia já contemplam a Educação híbrida. Este ensaio objetiva discutir aspectos a serem considerados no contexto da Educação mediada por tecnologias, mesmo em um cenário emergencial. É um convite para uma reflexão sobre as práticas pedagógicas e as possibilidades de mediação da aprendizagem com o uso das TIC.
