Abstract

NPK-lannoituksen vaikutusta Pito-perunan mukuloiden kemialliseen koostumukseen kasvukauden aikana tutkittiin Hankkijan kasvinjalostuslaitoksen Anttilan koetilalla vuosina 1967, 1968 ja 1970. Mukuloiden kuiva-aine- ja tärkkelyspitoisuus vaihteli suuresti vuosittain varsinkin kasvukauden alkupuolella. Mukuloiden N-pitoisuus vaihteli vuosittain. Se oli korkein kasvukauden alussa ja lopussa. Typpilannoituksen lisääminen nosti huomattavasti mukuloiden N-pitoisuutta. Mukuloiden P-pitoisuus vaihteli sangen paljon vuosittain ja se nousi kasvukauden lopulla, tosin hitaammin kuin kuiva-ainepitoisuus. Typpilannoituksen lisääminen alensi mukuloiden P-pitoisuutta, fosforilannoitus nosti sitä. Mukuloiden K-pitoisuus vaihteli vuosittain suhteellisen vähän. Tuoreiden perunoiden K-pitoisuus nousi kasvukauden loppua kohti, mutta hitaammin kuin kuiva-ainepitoisuus. Kalilannoitus ja osittain myös typpilannoitus nostivat mukuloiden K-pitoisuutta. Mukuloiden Ca-pitoisuus vaihteli vuosittain ja aleni kasvukauden loppua kohti. Typpilannoitus alensi, fosforilannoitus nosti perunoiden Ca-pitoisuutta. Mukuloiden Mg-pitoisuus muuttui kasvukauden kuluessa nousten sen lopulla. Sekä typpi- että fosforilannoitus alensivat mukuloiden Mg-pitoisuutta. Perunoiden kemiallisen koostumuksen mahdollisia yleisiä muutoksia tarkasteltiin vanhojen analyysitulosten, muuttuneiden maan viljavuusarvojen ja nykyisen lannoituksen pohjalta.
