[EN] This paper analyzes the industrial historical heritage of the Valencian Community and the legislation applicable to it. From the ignorance of the importance of this real estate, movable and intangible property, its consideration has changed to a protection (like Cultural Interest or Local Relevance Property) for their conservation. One of the last cases of protection is the declaration of Cultural Interest Property, with the category of historical site, for the Real Ceramic and Porcelain Factory of the Count of Aranda de L¿Alcora, which changed from being a craft workship to an industrial factory, and also an element of identity of this population is preserved: ceramics
