Объединяет сочинения автора, на которые целесообразно опираться при подготовке докладов на конференции, курсовых и выпускных квалификационных работ.

Textbook for the undergraduate students, specialist and master degrees in the disciplines of "Executive law", "Executive production", "Arbitration", "law", "Contractual and judicial work", "Problems of civil law" prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal state educational standards in areas of training 40.03.01, 40.04.01 "Jurisprudence", 40.05.01 "Legal national security". Brings together the writings of author for which it is advisable to use in preparing presentations at conferences, course and final qualifying works.
