Abstract

Territorios y memorias culturales muiscas: Etnografias, cartografias y arqueologias es un libro resultado de investigacion de un proyecto de segunda fase titulado “Reconstruccion de la memoria cultural del pueblo muisca de Bogota.”, llevado a cabo por integrantes del grupo Comunicacion, Paz-Conflicto de la Facultad de Comunicacion Social para la Paz de la Universidad Santo Tomas. Comprende una serie de ensayos academicos en torno a la relacion de la memoria indigena y el territorio, en los cuales se busca comprender diferentes formas en que el pasado muisca es inscrito, interpretado y transformado mediante narrativas que emergen en el marco de procesos de recomposicion cultural etnica de diferentes comunidades muiscas. La obra compila tanto etnografias-resultados de investigacion del trabajo de campo llevado a cabo con comunidades de Suba y Bosa, asi como aportes de autores academicos y de las mismas comunidades sobre experiencias en Chia, Cota, Sesquile y otros territorios. La obra pretende ser un referente actualizado del estado de arte de los estudios sobre las comunidades muiscas contemporaneas.
