POSTURE plays a vital role in the life of man; its importance is often ignored until too late. At the earliest possible age the child should be helped to understand how posture affects his social and mental life as well as his physical abilities. But before parents and teachers can help children to develop understanding and habits of good posture, they must themselves be aware of the advantages of good posture and the causes and nature of poor posture.
