En la actualidad la sociedad cuenta con una serie de adelantos en la investigacion que son asombrosos y las expectativas futuras son todavia mayores. Los medicos e investigadores disponen de una informacion enorme en tiempo real, la tecnologia permite enormes desarrollos y las aplicaciones en la medicina son muy beneficas, pero lo que se echa en falta en la actualidad es la etica. Uno de los campos debiles es lo conocidocomo conflicto de interes de los investigadores que, buscando beneficios para sus patrocinadoreso para ellos mismos, hacen algun tipo de fraude en sus investigaciones.
