Abstract

• Kenneth Erickson and Ashok Mishra are economists in Resource Economics Division, Economic Research Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Washington, D.C. Charles Moss is a Professor at the Food and Resource Economics Department, University of Florida, Gainesville. Paper will be presented at the Western Agricultural Economics Association (WAEA) meetings to be held at Utah State University, July 2001.
