Agricultural Health and Safety: A Research Agenda for Agricultural Economists

Agriculture is a hazardous profession with large rates of work related injury and illness. Although economists have addressed these issues in general, there is need for additional economic analysis. Using prostate cancer as an example, this paper discusses economic research needed to analyze and understand agricultural health and safety issues.
