Abstract

Tukenmislik duygusal tukenme, duyarsizlasma ve kisisel basarisizlik hissi ile birlikte seyreden ve bireylerle yuz yuze calismayi gerektiren meslek gruplarinda sik rastlanan bir sendromdur. Her ne kadar da tukenmislik sendromunun saglik calisanlari, ogretmenler ve benzeri meslek gruplari icin calisilmis ve tukenmisligi artiran etkenlerin neler oldugu arastirilsa da akademisyenlerin tukenmisligi ile ilgili genellenebilir sonuclara ulasmak icin yeterli calismalar yapilmamistir. Bu calismanin amaci akademisyenlerle yapilan calismalarin sistematik bir derlemesini yapmaktir. Calismanin sonucunda akademik unvan, calisma yili, cinsiyet, haftalik ders saati gibi degiskenlerin akademisyenlerin tukenmisliginde en onemli etkenler oldugu tespit edilmistir.
