Results from a study of the resistivity recovery of neutron-irradiated and cold-worked thorium on isochronal annealing, activation energies, and isothermal annealing and kinetics are discussed. The nature and extent of radiation effects on the resistivity of thorium at 80/sup 0/K, interpretation of stage II recovery above 80/sup 0/K, and activation energy and interpretation of stage III recovery are also discussed.
