ملخص البحث : ترجيحات الشوکاني المبنية على قواعد التفسير بالمأثور في تفسيره فتح القدير (دراسة تطبيقية) هيأ الله تعالى لکتابه العزيز رجالا حملوه بصدق وأمانة فصدقوا ما عاهدوا الله عليه, ومنهم الإمام الشوکاني الذي سيدور مضمون هذا البحث حول تفسيره ويکشف عن منهجه في اختياراته. وقد استندت هذه الاختيارات على قواعد مهمة تعرف بقواعد الترجيح، ووقع اختياري على علم محقق ومفسر أصولي مدقق، وهو الإمام العلامة القاضي محمد بن علي الشوکاني، من خلال تفسيره " فتح القدير الجامع بين فني الرواية والدراية من علم التفسير". في ضوء ذلک اشتق هذا البحث منهجه فجاء في أربعة مباحث ، تناولت في المبحث الأول منهج الشوکاني في توظيف القواعد المتعلقة بالنص القرآني، وجاء المبحث الثاني ليبين منهج الشوکاني في توظيف القواعد المتعلقة بالقرآن والسنة والآثار، و يتعلق المبحث الثالث بمنهج الشوکاني في توظيف القواعد المتعلقة بلغة العرب، أما المبحث الرابع فيدور حول الجانب التطبيقي عند الإمام الشوکاني لقواعد هذا المنهج ومناقشته فيه، ثم الخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات . ?الدکتورة أميمة يسن أحمد مهران أستاذ التفسير المساعد - قسم الدراسات الإسلامية الکلية الجامعية بحقل - جامعة تبوک Research Summary Al-Shawkani weights based on the rules of interpretation in Al-Masoor in his interpretation Fatih al-Qadeer (applied study) God prepared for his dear book men who carried him honestly and honestly and believed what they pledged to God, including Imam Shawkani, who will carry the content of this research on the interpretation and reveal the method in his choices. It came up in four sections which dealt in the first part of the curriculum in the use of the rules related to the Koranic text and the second section to show the method of Shawkani in the use of the rules related to the Koran and Sunnah and Archeology and the third section of the curriculum in the recruitment of rules related to the language of Arabs, Some applications of Imam al-Shawkani to this approach and discuss it and then the conclusion and the most important results .
