Abstract

The article indicates the current trends in the digitalization of journalism based on a survey of of the first year students on Journalism (generation Z) during the pandemic, 2020. The adoption of digitalization of journalism and society, professional enthusiasm, understanding of the opportunities and potential of openness, humanity in the global village according to M. McLuhan are discovered.
