Abstract

Spanish Abstract: La reciente entrada en vigor de un nuevo Reglamento comunitario en materia de competencia judicial internacional demuestra la importancia de la cuestion aqui analizada. En el presente estudio no se pretende solamente conocer la nueva normativa europea sino exponer al completo nuestro sistema de competencia judicial internacional en materia de contrato individual de trabajo Con el objetivo de conocer si los Tribunales espanoles podran declararse competentes o no ante una concreta cuestion. En este sentido, tambien se analiza la normativa internacional –convenio de lugano y con el Salvador- y la normativa interna aplicable a la competencia judicial internacional en materia de contrato de trabajo English Abstract: The recent entry into force of a new Community Regulation on international judicial competence demonstrates the importance of the issue analyzed here. In the present study, it is not only intended to know the new European regulations but to fully expose our system of international judicial competence in the matter of individual employment contract. In this sense, the international norm is also analyzed - agreement of lugano and with El Salvador - and the internal norm applicable to the international judicial competence in the matter of employment contract
