The next Internet address protocol IPv6 can lead to a disruptive innovation: a permanent IP address linked to the citizen, as a universal right. The IP can become a metadata in the registry office and the citizen can have digital dignity. This can lead to a new public access to internet, a new end-to-end protocol in which the user has a permanent identity allowing the possibility to choose and buy contents without the current intermediate levels or Internet providers. New possibilities for the Internet are arising, some stakeholders can disappear from it.
