Abstract

The author assets that right support system, right ecosystem and right policies may help in development of a research oriented institution. The author presents research based findings and concludes that right ecosystem, transparent work culture, encouragement and motivation may help in transofrmtion of an institution into a research oriented institution. However, this transformation is a long term process.
