Abstract

Turkish Abstract: Bu makale 31 Mart Isyani’nin Osmanli ordusu uzerindeki etkilerini inceleyerek, Osmanli ordusunun II. Mesrutiyetin ilani ve 31 Mart Isyaninda aktif rol almasinin, siyaseti ordunun icine sokmasi sonucu ordunun gucunu ve savasci kabiliyetini olumsuz etkiledigini tespit etmektedir.English Abstract: This article examines the impact of March 31 Uprising on the Ottoman military and presents that the active involvement of the Ottoman army in the reenactment of the Ottoman constitution in 1908 and the subsequent March 31 Uprising in the following year brought politics in the army and weakened its power and military capabilities.
