The purpose of this present paper is to compare and contrast between two models of organizational engagement. The first model is the Peace Education in Societies Involved in Intractable Conflicts, Direct and Indirect Models and the second model is the simulation model of inter-group conflict. In addition to that we will analyze these models, and any of these models is likely to result in the least amount of conflict, and explain my conclusion.
