Abstract

The present work focuses its attention in the rol that has carried out the Korean State in the promotion of the industrial development. The government intervention has given place to changing relationship modalities between the State and the industrial conglomerates. The success of the Korean State in its development strategy, has depended on a group of initial conditions and peculiar characteristics of the public administration, without which has not been possible to carry out a process of productive transformation, able to stir up the forces and the interests of the public sector and private
