Planning Vocational Training (In Italian)

Abstract

The present action-research investigated the state of the art in connection to the planning of the vocational training and built a model of good praxis to develop such practices. The search is itself carried out through interviews to entrepreneurs, trade unions, technicians of the vocational training using questionnaires seeds-structured for the collection of the data and focus group for their discussion. The necessity is emerged, although still not felt like such from the world of the organizations, to identify in the formation a strategic value, and to push the organizational actors to concert and to equip themselves of the instruments in order to develop the culture of the training-on-the-job.
