Deming, Father of total quality management has put forth the concept of Plan, Do, Check and Act cycle. (PDCA cycle) This cycle can be applied to a management education institute for quality improvement. PDCA cycle approach to quality improvement helps the institute focus on the goal and obtain the commitment of all the stakeholders to the accomplishment of the goal set. This paper shows the mechanics of the application of PDCA cycle to management education institute by narrating the ways and means by which the PDCA cycle can be applied.
