Abstract

La alimentación es un factor esencial que compensa el esfuerzo del organismo por no desviarse de la normalidad en sus valores bioelectrónicos. Los datos objetivos indican que los alimentos en su estado original, muestran valores ácidos y reducidos; necesarios para contrarrestar los desequilibrios del terreno del cuerpo hacia la alcalosis y la oxidación, donde se desarrollan las enfermedades de la civilización. Con la bioelectrónica aplicada a los alimentos obtenemos valores reales del único medio externo que tenemos para proteger y equilibrar el terreno biológico, que es donde se desarrolla la vida. Los datos obtenidos con la técnica de la bioelectrónica que determina el pH;Rh2 y r en los alimentos, pueden ser de utilidad para el descubrimiento precoz de los desequilibrios y predisposiciones del terreno biológico, la medida de la efectividad de terapias y la evolución de enfermedades y la valoración de sustancias medicamentosas y de los alimentos.
