Evolución del paleopaisaje cuaternario y relaciones hombre-medio en el suroeste ibérico: La Tierra Llana de Huelva durante el Holoceno reciente

Abstract

El trabajo tiene por objeto determinar las características principales de la Tierra llana Onubense en el Holoceno final a partir de los restos vegetales procedentes de diferentes yacimientos arqueológicos. A partir de ellos se identifican determinadas relaciones hombre-medio y se esboza una primera propuesta evolutiva, conectando con los datos provenientes de fuentes científico-históricas modernas y contemporáneas. Los yacimientos analizados se ubican en el centro de la Tierra Llana Onubense, en torno a los estuarios de los ríos Tinto y Odiel, en los términos municipales de Huelva y Punta Umbría. Por su ubicación geográfica, representan diferentes ámbitos ecológicos: marítimo, ribereño fluvial, y de campiña interior. Por su cronología, abarcan un ámbito temporal comprendido entre los siglos VIII a.C. y el XX d.C. Por su contexto socioeconómico y cultural se identifican factorías de salazón, necrópolis, centros habitacionales, ámbitos portuarios, y explotaciones agrícolas. El trabajo incluye nuevas propuestas metodológicas para la extracción, tratamiento y análisis de macrorrestos procedentes de yacimientos arqueológicos.
