A reforma educacional de Minas Gerais: a promoção da autonomia escolar

Abstract

Este estudo é parte da pesquisa realizada sobre a avaliação do processo de implementação da política de autonomia escolar - proposta da reforma educativa implantada nas escolas estaduais de Minas Gerais - período de 1991 a 1998. Entre outros objetivos, tal estudo analisou a implementação de medidas no sentido de se efetivar a política de autonomia escolar articulada a outras prioridades, assim identificadas: fortalecimento da direção da escola, aperfeiçoamento e capacitação dos funcionários, avaliação do sistema educacional e integração com os municípios. Por último, analisa os projetos e subprojetos do Programa Qualidade na Educação Básica de Minas Gerias, eixo principal desta política.
