A A incerteza na docência

Abstract

Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar a presença da incerteza na docência, a partir de um diálogo teórico-prático. A parte teórica foi constituída a partir dos autores Boaventura Sousa Santos (2006), Maria Isabel da Cunha (2002), Paulo Freire (1996; 1987) e Edgar Morin (2001; 2005). E a parte prática foi constituída por relatos reflexivos acerca de um estágio no ensino superior. Os procedimentos metodológicos basearam-se no pensamento complexo (MORIN; CIURANA; MOTTA, 2003) que presume a subdivisão do método em programa e estratégia, tomando como guia o objetivo geral e deixando que as problematizações surgissem no decorrer do diálogo (teórico-prático). A reflexão partiu de três frentes diferentes: a) o aporte teórico advindo de uma disciplina do curso de mestrado em Educação chamada Seminário Docência no Ensino Superior, b) o aporte teórico advindo leituras para uma pesquisa de mestrado em Educação e c) a prática reflexiva de uma experiência de docência no ensino superior. Ao longo do processo, as reflexões estabelecidas evidenciaram a necessidade de mudanças, no que se refere à postura do docente, diante das incertezas, tanto profissionalmente como nas outras dimensões, modificando o entendimento de que o ideal é a estabilidade e passando a compreender que as ordens e desordens fazem parte do real complexo.
