La cultura de las organizaciones condiciona la adaptación al cambio, también en los ejércitos. Este artículo ofrece un caso de estudio sobre la peculiaridad de la cultura organizativa de las Fuerzas de Defensa de Israel y sobre el modo como ésta favoreció los procesos de innovación tras las carencias detectadas en la guerra de Líbano en el verano de 2006.
The organizational culture influences the adaptation to change, also in the armies. This article presents a case study on the organizational culture of the Israel Defense Forces and the way it encouraged innovation after the deficiencies detected in the Lebanon war in the summer of 2006.
