Abstract

<p class="p1">En este proyecto se sintetizaron nano- y microestructuras de óxido de zinc en un sustrato transparente de vidrio cubierto con In<span class="s1">2</span>O<span class="s1">3</span>/ SnO<span class="s1">2</span>(ITO) por el método de deposición química de vapor. El material depositado exhibe distintas morfologías, incluyendo capa homogénea, nanobarras rectas y curvilíneas, nanopartículas poliformes, nanotetrápodos, microbarras y micropartículas. Los resultados comprueban que el tipo de estructuras de óxido de zinc que se producenson altamente dependientes de la distancia entre el contenedor del polvo de zinc y el sustrato, de la relación molar O:Zn, y del tiempo de síntesis. El material compuesto fabricado tiene gran potencial para ser usado como fotoánodo en celdas solares sensibilizadas con tintes y biomoléculas. </p>
