Abstract

Tras dos jornadas y media de intenso trabajo (13-15 de febrero de 1894), el sabio germano pudo recoger una lista de alrededor de cuatrocientas entradas léxicas de la lengua, valiéndose para ello de la colaboración de su informante Manuel Lusa (Loza, 2004, pp. 257-258), mediada por un intérprete aimara3 . Dicho material, ordenado por el propio autor, se encuentra, en forma inédita, en los fondos del archivo Uhle-Lehmann del Instituto Iberoamericano de Berlín, con el título de «Vorbereitetes Uro-Vocabular»
