Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Право природопользования в Российской империи XVIII – начала XX вв». В рамках представленной диссертации были обширно изучены правовые нормы, регулирующие природопользование в историческом контексте Российской империи с XVIII по начало XX века. Исследование сфокусировано на том, что законодательство о природопользовании в указанный период отражало сложный процесс взаимодействия между потребностями развития государства, экономики и обеспечения экологической безопасности. Задачи, которые были решены в ходе исследования: 1. Установлены основы формирования и эволюции правотворчества в области охраны вод, почвы и воздуха от промышленных загрязнений в Российской империи в период XVIII – начала XX вв.; 2. Проанализировано законодательство об охоте, звериных и рыбных промыслах в указанный исторический период с выявлением основных норм и принципов регулирования данных видов деятельности; 3. Изучено правовое регулирование охраны и использования лесов в Российской империи в XVIII – начале XX вв; 4. Раскрыты основные направления развития заповедного дела в Российской империи, его использование на практике и правового оформления. В результате было проведено комплексное исследование эволюции законодательства в области природопользования Российской империи в XVIII– начале XX вв., а также его воздействие на устойчивое развитие современного общества.

The topic of the final qualification work: «The right of nature use in the Russian Empire of the XVIII – early XX centuries». Within the framework of the presented thesis, the author extensively studied the legal norms regulating the use of natural resources in the historical context of the Russian Empire from the XVIII to the beginning of the XX century. The study is focused on the fact that the legislation on environmental management in this period reflected the complex process of interaction between the needs of the development of the state, the economy and environmental safety. 1. The foundations of the formation and evolution of lawmaking in the field of protection of water, soil and air from industrial pollution in the Russian Empire in the period of the XVIII – early XX centuries have been established; 2. The legislation on hunting, animal and fishing in the specified historical period is analyzed with the identification of the main norms and principles of regulation of these types of activities; 3. The legal regulation of the protection and use of forests in the Russian Empire in the XVIII – early XX centuries was studied; 4. The main directions of the development of wilderness protection in the Russian Empire, its use in practice and legal design are revealed. As a result, a comprehensive study of the evolution of legislation in the field of natural resource management in the Russian Empire in the XVIII – early XX centuries was carried out., as well as its impact on the sustainable development of modern society.
