Abstract

The paper describes the process of creating and designing a prototype vacuum casting chamber. The company Protocon, which was intended to create its own casting equipment with the prospect of sale, set this task. The tasks that were solved during the development are the development of an installation control system, its testing, coming up with a concept, developing a circuit for connecting sensors and equipment for operating the device. The result of the work is a visual model, an initial prototype with reduced functionality, which will help to consider the operation of an unprepared device in practice.
