Abstract

The subject of development was an analog and discrete input block board designed for operation in a trolleybus. The purpose of the work to is to develop a board that meets the requirements specified in the technical specifications. The theme of the work is “Analog and discrete input block”. Results. The issues of constructing distributed control systems for building new and modernizing existing urban ground electric transport are considered. In accordance with the formulated requirements, a functional diagram was developed, on the basis of which the necessary calculations and selection of components were made. An electrical circuit diagram has been developed. Application area. When designing devices and circuits of new and modernized rolling stock, it is necessary to develop a new circuitry and algorithmic operating base. Currently, due to economic and other features in the activities of domestic enterprises and organizations related to the development, modernization and operation of urban electric transport, there is a need to quickly develop various options for the layout and composition of equipment. The use of distributed control systems will facilitate and significantly speed up this process. The development object, being one of the components of such a system, will allow flexible redistribution of functions in the vehicle circuit and will provide the required variations in the system configuration. Work conclusions. Distributed control systems based on the CAN interface provide a significant reduction in the number of signal and power wires. The developed board satisfies all the additional requirements set in the technical specifications and formulated during the work.
