Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Автомат для лазерной гравировки концевых инструментов». Целью данной работы является проектирование автомата для лазерной гравировки концевых инструментов, таких как свёрла и концевые фрезы различных диаметров. В ходе работы были применены следующие методы: составление функциональной структуры и морфологический анализ, создание кинематической схемы, подбор и расчёт элементной базы, синтез циклограммы машины, создание сборочного чертежа и трёхмерной модели автомата. Результатом работы стал проект автомата, позволяющего сделать процесс нанесения надписей на цилиндрических поверхностях малого диаметра автоматизированным, что является новым решением. В качестве основных конструктивных характеристик автомата можно назвать: габариты автомата (длина, ширина, высота): 1226 мм х 270 мм х 397 мм, масса автомата: 90 кг. Технологические характеристики: 25 заготовок в магазине при диаметре заготовки 20 мм, производительность автомата – 10 готовых изделий в минуту, при диаметре заготовки 20 мм. Область применения автомата: операция маркировки концевого инструмента с цилиндрическим хвостовиком (фрез, сверл и др.) производимого в условиях крупносерийного производства.

The topic of the final qualifying work: «Automatic machine for laser engraving of end tools». The purpose of this work is to design a machine for laser engraving of end tools such as drills and end mills of various diameters. In the course of the work, the following methods were applied: drawing up a functional structure and morphological analysis, creating a kinematic scheme, selecting and calculating of the element base, synthesizing the cyclogram of the machine, creating an assembly drawing and a three-dimensional model of the machine. The result of the work was the design of an automatic machine that makes it possible to make the process of applying inscriptions on cylindrical surfaces of small diameter automated, which is a new solution. The main design characteristics of the machine include dimensions of the machine (length, width, height): 1226 mm x 270 mm x 397 mm, weight of the machine: 90 kg. Technological characteristics: 25 blanks in the store with a blank diameter of 20 mm, the productivity of the machine is 10 finished products per minute, with a blank diameter of 20 mm. The scope of the machine: the marking operation of an end tool with a cylindrical shank (cutters, drills, etc.) produced in large-scale production.
