
Ð’ данной работе выÑвлены влиÑющие на ÑффективноÑть и безопаÑноÑть характериÑтики рулевой ÑиÑтемы, выполнен раÑчет рулевой ÑиÑтемы Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ модернизации, а также проведена оценка модернизации по выÑвленным характериÑтикам. Цель работы – Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ ÑиÑтемы Ñхты «Хортица». Ð’ ходе работы решалиÑÑŒ Ñледующие задачи: − раÑÑмотрение механизма рулевой ÑиÑтемы; − определение характериÑтик рулевой ÑиÑтемы; − выÑвление узла модернизации; − раÑчет рулевой ÑиÑтемы ÑоглаÑно правилам клаÑÑификации и поÑтройки Ñудов; − аналитичеÑкий раÑчет баллера; − проектировочный раÑчет резьбы рулевого привода; − оценка ÑффективноÑти модернизации. Ð’ результате работы увеличена ÑкороÑть перекладки Ñ€ÑƒÐ»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ выполнении уÑловий прочноÑти Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ñновных Ñлементов рулевой ÑиÑтемы.
In this work, the characteristics of the steering system that affect efficiency and safety are identified. The steering system is calculated with the selected modernization, and modernization is assessed according to the identified characteristics. The purpose of the work is to modernize the steering system of the yacht "Khortitsya". During the work, the following tasks were solved: − consideration of the steering system mechanism; − determination of the characteristics of the steering system; − identification of the modernization node; − calculation of the steering system according to the rules of classification and construction of ships; − analytical calculation of the baller; − design calculation of the steering drive thread; − assessment of the effectiveness of modernization. As a result of the work, the speed of shifting the steering wheel has been increased when the strength conditions for the main elements of the steering system are met.
