Abstract

Целью работы является улучшение текущего процесса проверки продуктовых гипотез на предприятии сферы EdTech разработок за счет внедрения регламента по управлению процессом, что будет способствовать повышению конкурентоспособности предприятия. Данная работа посвящена исследованию подходов, методов и инструментов управления инновационными продуктами, а также поиску и разработке под-ходящего для рассматриваемой компании решения по совершенствованию текущего состояния. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Проведение литературного и практического анализа основных положений продуктового менеджмента. 2. Изучение и описание деятельности предприятия в работе с продуктами, а также текущего процесса проверки гипотез. 3. Выявление проблем в текущем процессе, изучение существующих способов решений и выбор наиболее подходящего. 4. Разработка плана реализации, аналитическое обоснование и прогнозная апробация проекта. В ходе работы было применены программные и методологические инструменты (теоретические методы исследования, метод квалиметрической свертки, метод нечеткой логики, инструменты ЛСП, разработки в программных продуктах iThink, Miro, Excel). На основании полученных результатов проект принят Заказчиком и отмечен как практически значимый.

The purpose of the work is to improve the current process of testing product hypotheses at the enterprise in the field of EdTech developments through the intro-duction of process management regulations, which will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. This work is devoted to the study of approaches, methods and tools for man-aging innovative products, as well as the search and development of a suitable solu-tion for the company in question to improve its current condition. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Conducting a literary and practical analysis of the main provisions of prod-uct management. 2. Study and description of the companys activities in working with products, as well as the current hypothesis testing process. 3. Identify problems in the current process, explore existing solutions and choose the most appropriate one. 4. Development of an implementation plan, analytical justification and predic-tive testing of the project. In the course of the work, software and methodological tools were applied (theoretical research methods, the method of qualimetric convolution, the method of fuzzy logic, LSP tools, developments in software products iThink, Miro, Excel). Based on the results obtained, the project was accepted by the Customer and noted as practically significant.
