Целью работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ ÑƒÐ»ÑƒÑ‡ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ðµ текущего процеÑÑа проверки продуктовых гипотез на предприÑтии Ñферы EdTech разработок за Ñчет Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ³Ð»Ð°Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð° по управлению процеÑÑом, что будет ÑпоÑобÑтвовать повышению конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти предприÑтиÑ. Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию подходов, методов и инÑтрументов ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ продуктами, а также поиÑку и разработке под-ходÑщего Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€Ð°ÑÑматриваемой компании Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ÑовершенÑтвованию текущего ÑоÑтоÑниÑ. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. Проведение литературного и практичеÑкого анализа оÑновных положений продуктового менеджмента. 2. Изучение и опиÑание деÑтельноÑти предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð² работе Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð°Ð¼Ð¸, а также текущего процеÑÑа проверки гипотез. 3. Ð’Ñ‹Ñвление проблем в текущем процеÑÑе, изучение ÑущеÑтвующих ÑпоÑобов решений и выбор наиболее подходÑщего. 4. Разработка плана реализации, аналитичеÑкое обоÑнование и Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ð½Ð¾Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð°Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð°. Ð’ ходе работы было применены программные и методологичеÑкие инÑтрументы (теоретичеÑкие методы иÑÑледованиÑ, метод квалиметричеÑкой Ñвертки, метод нечеткой логики, инÑтрументы ЛСП, разработки в программных продуктах iThink, Miro, Excel). Ðа оÑновании полученных результатов проект принÑÑ‚ Заказчиком и отмечен как практичеÑки значимый.
The purpose of the work is to improve the current process of testing product hypotheses at the enterprise in the field of EdTech developments through the intro-duction of process management regulations, which will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. This work is devoted to the study of approaches, methods and tools for man-aging innovative products, as well as the search and development of a suitable solu-tion for the company in question to improve its current condition. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. Conducting a literary and practical analysis of the main provisions of prod-uct management. 2. Study and description of the companys activities in working with products, as well as the current hypothesis testing process. 3. Identify problems in the current process, explore existing solutions and choose the most appropriate one. 4. Development of an implementation plan, analytical justification and predic-tive testing of the project. In the course of the work, software and methodological tools were applied (theoretical research methods, the method of qualimetric convolution, the method of fuzzy logic, LSP tools, developments in software products iThink, Miro, Excel). Based on the results obtained, the project was accepted by the Customer and noted as practically significant.
