Abstract

Данная работа посвящена конструированию автоматического загрузочного устройства вибрационного типа, состоящего из предбункера, вибробункера, вибролотка и управляющего устройства, предназначенных для ориентирования и автоматической выдачи переходных пневматических муфт. Задачи, которые решались в ходе выполнения работы: 1. поиск и анализ аналогов проектируемого устройства; 2. выбор прототипа; 3. разработка структурно-функциональной схемы; 4. разработка технологии ориентирования детали; 5. расчёт параметров вибробункера и вибролотка; 6. разработка трёхмерной модели и сборочных чертежей. В результате было спроектировано автоматическое загрузочное устройство вибрационного типа с приведением необходимых расчётов, трёхмерных моделей деталей с указанием методов изготовления, сборочных чертежей и спецификаций к ним.

This work is devoted to the design of automatic loading device of vibrating type, consisting of a pre-hopper, vibro-hopper, vibro-tray and control device, designed for orientation and automatic issuance of transitional pneumatic couplings. Tasks that were solved in the course of the work: 1. search and analysis of analogues of the designed device; 2. choosing a prototype; 3. development of a structural and functional scheme; 4. development of part orientation technology; 5. calculation of the parameters of the vibrating hopper and vibrating tray; 6. development of a three-dimensional model and assembly drawings. As a result, an automatic loading device of vibrating type was designed with necessary calculations, three-dimensional models of parts with indication of manufacturing methods, assembly drawings and specifications to them.
