
Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена конÑтруированию автоматичеÑкого загрузочного уÑтройÑтва вибрационного типа, ÑоÑтоÑщего из предбункера, вибробункера, вибролотка и управлÑющего уÑтройÑтва, предназначенных Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ñ€Ð¸ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ автоматичеÑкой выдачи переходных пневматичеÑких муфт. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹: 1. поиÑк и анализ аналогов проектируемого уÑтройÑтва; 2. выбор прототипа; 3. разработка Ñтруктурно-функциональной Ñхемы; 4. разработка технологии Ð¾Ñ€Ð¸ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸; 5. раÑчёт параметров вибробункера и вибролотка; 6. разработка трёхмерной модели и Ñборочных чертежей. Ð’ результате было Ñпроектировано автоматичеÑкое загрузочное уÑтройÑтво вибрационного типа Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ необходимых раÑчётов, трёхмерных моделей деталей Ñ ÑƒÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ методов изготовлениÑ, Ñборочных чертежей и Ñпецификаций к ним.
This work is devoted to the design of automatic loading device of vibrating type, consisting of a pre-hopper, vibro-hopper, vibro-tray and control device, designed for orientation and automatic issuance of transitional pneumatic couplings. Tasks that were solved in the course of the work: 1. search and analysis of analogues of the designed device; 2. choosing a prototype; 3. development of a structural and functional scheme; 4. development of part orientation technology; 5. calculation of the parameters of the vibrating hopper and vibrating tray; 6. development of a three-dimensional model and assembly drawings. As a result, an automatic loading device of vibrating type was designed with necessary calculations, three-dimensional models of parts with indication of manufacturing methods, assembly drawings and specifications to them.
