Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке крана грузоподъёмностью 8 тонн, оснащённого механизмами поворота и передвижения с установкой на стену. Задачи, которые решались в ходе выполнения работы: 1. Разработка механизма подъёма. 2. Разработка механизма передвижения. 3. Разработка механизма поворота. 4. Разработка металлоконструкции. 5. Разработка основных чертежей. В ходе выполнения работы были задействованы современные методы автоматизированного проектирования и расчёты металлоконструкции методом конечных элементов с помощью ЭВМ. В результате была разработана пояснительная записка и технический проект грузоподъёмного крана. Данный кран может применятся в паре с мостовым краном, например при осуществлении мелкосерийного производства «по станциям», для обслуживания главного проезда. Из-за большой горизонтальной нагрузки повышаются требования к подкрановым строительным конструкциям, что ограничивает область применения такого оборудования.

This work is dedicated to the development of a crane with a lifting capacity of 8 tons, equipped with mechanisms for swiveling and moving, designed for wall installation. The tasks addressed during the course of this work include: 1. Development of the lifting mechanism. 2. Development of the movement mechanism. 3. Development of the swiveling mechanism. 4. Development of the metal structure. 5. Development of the main drawings. During the execution of the work, modern methods of computer-aided design and finite element analysis for metal structure calculations were utilized. As a result, an explanatory note and a technical project for the lifting crane were developed. This crane can be used in conjunction with an overhead crane, for example, in small-scale production "by stations," to service the main passage. Due to the high horizontal load, the requirements for the crane-supporting building structures are increased, which limits the scope of application for such equipment.
