
Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена разработке пневматичеÑкого горизонтального ударного Ñтенда, в чаÑтноÑти ÑиÑтемы уÑкорителей, которые приводÑÑ‚ в движение каретку Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸ÐµÐ¼. Задачи, выполнÑвшиеÑÑ Ð² ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿ÑƒÑкной квалификационной работы: 1) разработка концепции ударной машины, ÑоглаÑуÑÑÑŒ Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñми заказчика и базируÑÑÑŒ на неÑкольких аналогах; 2) разработка и опиÑание Ñтруктурно-функциональной кинематичеÑкой Ñхемы ударного Ñтенда; 3) разработка и опиÑание пневматичеÑкой Ñхемы уÑÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ ÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ Ñтенда; 4) опиÑание алгоритма наÑтройки и работы Ñтенда Ñ Ð¸Ð»Ð»ÑŽÑтрацией панели ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñтапов работы; 5) оценка ÑкороÑти каретки и необходимого подаваемого давлениÑ; 6) Ñоздание трёхмерных моделей клапанов и их общей Ñборки, Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñледующим ÑоÑтавлением Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ…Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ð¹ конÑтрукторÑкой документации. Работа Ñодержит анализ аналогов воÑпроизводимых деталей Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑŠÑÑнением поÑледующего выбора той или иной концепции. В результате Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ были выполнены вÑе поÑтавленные цели и полноÑтью Ñпроектирован уÑкоритель ударного Ñтенда СОУГ2000.
This work is devoted to the development of a pneumatic horizontal shock stand, in particular an accelerator system that drives a carriage with a product. Tasks performed during the completion of the final qualification work: 1) development of the concept of the shock machine, in accordance with the requirements of the customer and based on several analogues; 2) development and description of the structural and functional kinematic scheme of the shock stand; 3) development and description of the pneumatic circuit of the shock stand accelerator; 4) description of the algorithm for setting up and operating the stand with an illustration of the control panel and the stages of operation; 5) evaluation of the carriage speed and the required supply pressure; 6) creation of three-dimensional models of valves and their general assembly, followed by the compilation of a list of necessary design documentation. The work contains an analysis of analogs of reproducible parts with an explanation of the subsequent choice of a particular concept. As a result of the work, all the set goals were completed and the accelerator of the SOG2000 impact stand was fully designed.
