Abstract

The subject of the research is automated of assembly of rotor and stator sheets of electric machines. The main purpose of bachelor’s work is – development of the system of automated line of packing of stator and rotor sheets of electric machines. In the work the selection of equipment and components for an automated line to produce stator and rotor sheets was carried out, a method for obtaining sheets was selected, an automated packaging line was programmed, an industrial robot was selected for a set of sheets, the technological process of manufacturing the rotor shaft was analyzed. Practical significance of the work. The done work is directed on creation of automated line of reception of rotor and stator sheets with the purpose of automation of technological process that will allow to increase productivity of manufacture of electric machines. Conclusions. The developed automated line can be used to obtain rotor and stator sheets for the assembly of electrical machines, thus automating the production process.
