Abstract

Данная работа представляет собой исследование взаимосвязи между цифровой дипломатией и стратегией культурной "мягкой силы" в России. В частности, анализируется, что такое цифровая дипломатия, виды цифровой дипломатии и различия между цифровой и традиционной дипломатией, а также взаимосвязь между цифровой дипломатией и культурной "мягкой силой". Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Теоретические аспекты культурной стратегии мягкой силы. 2.Цифровая дипломатия как новый инструмент стратегии мягкой силы 3. Характеристики цифровой дипломатии в России как проявления культурной стратегии мягкой силы. Эффекты и вызовы цифровой дипломатии в России. Эта работа основана на цифровых технологиях, исходные данные по работе: монографии по теме ВКР, материалы научных конференций, авторефераты диссертаций, источники СМИ, сайт МИД РФ, нормативно-правовые акты, зарубежные источники. Наглядно демонстрирует взаимосвязь между цифровой дипломатией и культурными стратегиями "мягкой силы". Результаты анализируют эволюцию российской дипломатии в прошлом веке, в то время как в период эпидемии российская цифровая дипломатия осуществлялась через различные платформы, такие как TiKTok, FaceBook и т. д., а культурная "мягкая сила" России также способствовала развитию российской цифровой дипломатии.

This paper is a study of the relationship between digital diplomacy and cultural soft power strategy in Russia. In particular, it analyses what digital diplomacy is, the types of digital diplomacy and the differences between digital and traditional diplomacy, as well as the relationship between digital diplomacy and cultural soft power. The objectives addressed in the study are: 1.Theoretical aspects of cultural soft power strategy. 2.Digital diplomacy as a new tool of soft power strategy. 3.Characteristics of digital diplomacy in Russia as a manifestation of cultural soft power strategy. 3. Effects and challenges of digital diplomacy in Russia. This work is based on digital technologies, the source data on the work: monographs on the topic of VKR, materials of scientific conferences, dissertation abstracts, media sources, the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, normative legal acts, foreign sources. Clearly demonstrates the relationship between digital diplomacy and cultural strategies of "soft power". The results analyse the evolution of Russian diplomacy in the last century, while during the epidemic period, Russian digital diplomacy was carried out through various platforms such as TiKTok, FaceBook, etc., and Russias cultural soft power also contributed to the development of Russian digital diplomacy.
